Description : | Job Description: • Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information. • Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log. • Improves quality results by recommending changes. • Handling, escalating and solving customer complaints or any major incidents with delivery. Age limit 35 years old. 5 to 10 years of experience in the call center and delivery management field, within the F&B industry.
